Valley Young Professionals - What's Happening

The Greater Phoenix Chamber of Commerce's Valley Young Professionals (VYP) Program is designed specifically for up-and-coming professionals age 25 to 39. The VYP program aims to create the next generation of Phoenix leaders by informing and educating its members on important issues facing the local community.

The VYP meets monthly, connecting entrepreneurs and business professionals with a credible network to help them grow and develop professionally. As a member of the VYP network, you will have access to networking opportunities, educational programs, behind the scenes tours and volunteer projects.

VYP Presents Getting There from Here: Advice from the ATHENA Young Professionals

Event Description:
Meet and hear from the 2014 ATHENA Young Professional Award finalists and get their advice on achieving success as a young professional. This panel presentation will focus on professional development and what steps young professionals should take to advance their careers and skill sets.

Sidnee Peck, Director of the Center for Entrepreneurship, W.P. Carey School of Business, ASU

VYP Members - Free to attend 
Non-members – $20 

Parking: Visitors may park in a numbered space in the parking lot surrounding the building. The lot does not have a staff attendant and each visitor must follow instructions on the pay machine, located within the lot. The rate is $3 per hour, with a maximum of 2 hours.

VYP Mixer at Junior Achievement of Arizona

Event Description:
Mix, mingle and connect with other young professionals in the Valley, while enjoying complimentary appetizers and drinks at Junior Achievement of Arizona. Network and learn more about the nonprofit dedicated to educating young people in financial literacy, workforce readiness and entrepreneurship.
