Arizona Commerce Authority President & CEO Don Cardon says Arizona can compete with neighboring states for business relocation and be a player in the global economy if we focus on some basic industries.

Cardon was one of the expert speakers at Economic Outlook 2012, presented by the Greater Phoenix Chamber of Commerce and Cox Communications, on Friday, September 30, 2011 at the Sheraton Hotel Downtown Phoenix.
