THE ATHENAPowerLink® PROGRAM IS HERE TO HELP.
ATHENAPowerLink® helps established women- or minority-owned businesses grow and increase their bottom lines. Our customized one-year program features expert mentoring to address specific needs as well as ongoing networking. The Greater Phoenix Chamber of Commerce is proud to be the first to offer the ATHENAPowerLink® program in Arizona.
GET EXPERT ADVICE FOR YOUR BUSINESS
The ATHENAPowerLink® program works with qualified business owners to understand their challenges and assemble a panel of advisors to provide the expertise and insight to help address those challenges. Each advisory panel is tailored to your company needs and may include experts in finance, legal, marketing, public relations or human resources. As part of the process, the panel will review and provide input as required on your company’s business strategy, financial statements, and marketing plan. The panel works with your business for a full year. There is no fee required to participate in the APL program, however participating companies are required to be members of the Greater Phoenix Chamber of Commerce, prior to the start of the program.
DO I QUALIFY?
To qualify, your business must meet the following criteria:
51% woman or minority owned business
-and-
mentee must own and operate the business
This year long mentoring program connects business owners with customized advisory panels of experienced business professionals. In addition to ownership/management requirements the following are additional preferred criteria for businesses interested in the program:
• 2+ years in business
• 2 full time employees or sole proprietor with contract employees, capacity to grow
• Revenue over $250K retail and manufacturing businesses, $100K in the services industry
• Demonstrate a clear understanding of their business priorities and industry landscape
