The Professional Women’s Roundtable heard from Dr. Joel Martin, president of Triad West Inc. and producer of the Positively Powerful Woman Awards on "LEAD To Success: Positively Powerful Leadership, Entrepreneurship, Alignment & Diversity (LEAD) Strategies" on Wednesday, September 14.

Dr. Martin shared leadership strategies for women, including how to empower others, align teams and leverage diversity – all necessary tools for any business woman. Attendees discovered how being a leader and fostering alignment boosts business and increases capacity.
