Customer Service is a major component of any business – but it’s also a struggle for many companies. APS Vice President and Chief Customer Officer Tammy McLeod, who helped APS earn the Chartwell Award program’s Best Practices Award for Customer Service in 2009, spoke at the Chamber Institute on Tuesday, July 19. Her presentation on retaining your customer base and measuring consumer satisfaction was well-received by the attendees, who packed the Chamber's Board Room. Click here for a video with Ms. McLeod's thoughts on how you can adopt better customer service practices.
The next Chamber Institute session is on Tuesday, August 16 and features Andrew Wyant, VP of Marketing for LifeLock, speaking on Marketing/Big Idea Campaigns.
